Foreclosure Field Inspector
We are currently hiring field inspectors capable of performing brief field inspections on behalf of Mortgage Companies, as well as other entities throughout the state of Tennessee. Depending on location and Field Rep's availability, the position may be part or full time. Flexibility is required for qualified candidates for all areas - orders have strict due dates set forth by our clients that must be adhered to by our field reps.
Foreclosure Field Inspection experience is a plus, but not required. We will train the right individuals.
Most inspections only take a few minutes to complete once on site. Some of our orders received require a contact attempt, as well as a letter to be left for the Mortgagor. All orders require photos to be taken of the property inspected. Eligible candidate must be comfortable in performing these tasks.
Our Field Reps are paid per completed inspection and all Reps are Sub Contractors, paid on a 1099. Please be familiar with what this means prior to applying. Rates per inspections vary depending upon territory and available volume.
Inspectors are paid per completed inspection that is turned in by the due date. Because the orders are so brief, multiple stops will be able to be made per day. Multiple areas will be able to be covered on a daily basis as well.
Candidate must possess ALL of the following prior to applying:
a digital camera, an up to date Android or Iphone with data capabilities, computer w/ high speed internet, a printer, and a scanner/fax. Each of these items are REQUIRED in order to work with us. Fuel is purchased at the expense of the Field Rep, therefore a vehicle that gets 30 mpg or better is highly recommended, but not mandatory.
This is a perfect part time position for anyone who is already self employed with a home office set up and has flexibility during daylight hours. Good organizational skills are needed in order to maximize profits and meet deadlines. Qualified Candidates will possess above average communication skills as well.
