Business Analyst
We are the largest provider of professional cleaning and related services to retailers and grocers in North America, and serve over 15,000 locations in all 50 states and Canada. We have been in business for over 40 years and are currently seeking a detail-oriented hard working individual to join our team.
Business Analyst
This self-starter will report directly to the Senior Operations Analyst and is expected to have a broad range of analytic, modeling and advanced excel experience.
Responsibilities will include:
Develop and maintain dashboards for presenting relevant KPIs to Executive Leaders and other internal and external customers as needed
Identify improvements to processes currently in place and establish new processes where needed
Assist with maintaining and monitoring procedures established to ensure a process driven and consistent means for gathering and analyzing data
Research and perform ROI analysis on third party software solutions
Monitor, analyze and model certain financial and non-financial information
Assist with forecasting and budgeting cycles
Review and track data moving through multiple systems for accuracy
Prepare and assist in gathering relevant analytical data for presentations, Board of Directors, and other internal and external customers as needed
The ideal candidate will be expected to interact with and foster strong relationships with various departments across the company
Research and prepare variance analysis and explanations
Ad hoc reporting as needed
Qualifications:
The individual in this dynamic role must possess critical thinking skills, quantitative and analytical problem solving skills with ability to interpret data, and be proactive and productive with superior interpersonal and communication skills. Other requirements include:
Adept at working collaboratively in a team environment while also displaying independence, initiative, ownership, and enterprise in high pressure, fast paced and rapidly changing environment
Proven problem solver, analytical thinker, and detail oriented person who can learn new skills while leveraging past experiences
Excellent work ethic
Proven ability to maintain accuracy and meet all deadlines
Exceptional Excel skills, database, web and other related programs. VBA programming knowledge is a plus.
Process minded with history of solving complex problems
Flexibility to respond to changing priorities and to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
Ability to effectively communicate with multiple levels of management by working with others to resolve and research issues
Bachelor's degree minimum, MBA preferred in Finance, Accounting or related field
2-5 years related experience
