Area Manager and Resturant Manager for QSR concept!
Looking for a new challenge with a great company? We are hiring a talented multi unit leader and restaurant manager for Bethlehem, PA!
He/she oversees recruiting, training, management, budget compliance, and overall operations of approximately 6 to 8 restaurants to ensure excellent customer service, high quality foods, people development, food safety, store cleanliness, and maximum profitability.
Job Description:
Takes responsibility for growth & development by setting goals and leading his/her team.

Maintains great energy and positive image to guests and staff.

Qualifications:

years of current Multi-Unit Restaurant Management or other multi unit related experience
Great attitude, enthusiasm and passion for the hospitality industry and people
Ability to adapt and succeed in a fast paced environment
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Hands-on approach with hiring, training and developing people
Ability to increase sales and build rapport in the community
Maintains high levels of food quality, hygiene and restaurant standards
