Director, Inpatient Services

Primarily Monday - Friday (day schedule), with weekend coverage as needed.
DE RN or compact state license required.
Bachelors required, Master required.
Five years progressive management experience in the area of patient care.
Serves as the director for one or more patient care units, clinical areas, or ancillary services.
Assumes 24-hour accountability for excellence in clinical practice of patient care.
Utilizes patient care process, management theory, and organizational skills in accomplishing goals.
Provides administrative direction to the development of the Patient Care and Medical Center Management team.
Demonstrated leadership abilities, including ability to work under stressful situations, and good oral and written communication skills.
Demonstrated emotional maturity and stability.
Demonstrates commitment to quality patient care.
Ability to respond to and withstand crisis situation.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
