Administrative Assistant - Poulsbo, WA


We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to be responsible for providing excellent support to the President, Vice President, Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers at Olympic Property Group (OPG) in Poulsbo, WA. This position requires exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Since you will be working with team members, senior level management, government representatives and outside consultants it is imperative that you also have polished communications skills.
Olympic Property Group (OPG) is a wholly owned subsidiary of long time timber resources company Pope Resources MGP. OPG manages all aspects of the company's real estate development work from master planned communities, to construction of roads and other infrastructure.
Primary
Responsibilities:
Complex and diligent calendar management.
Provide administrative support by preparing correspondence, file maintenance, record-keeping and preparation of reports.
Coordinate and plan on-site or off-site meetings, including material preparation, reserving meeting space, meal planning, and coordinating/booking transportation.
Greet visitors and answer phones in a professional and personable manner.
Expense reports and Invoicing/General Accounting including petty cash administration and reconciliation.
Assist with marketing materials and preparing presentations.
Real estate related research, including reading newspapers and Google alerts.
Maintenance, tabs, tanking up, scheduling/calendaring and cleaning of two company vehicles.
Organize and maintain office, OPG supply room/map room, and kitchen area.
File documents in a timely manner; maintain filing system; handle offsite record storage/archival.
Perform other duties as assigned and maintain flexibility to assist with special projects, as needed.
Skills and Experience Required:
Minimum of 5 years experience supporting executive level management.
Bachelors degree preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat.
Excellent customer service capabilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills.
Must be able to work independently and as a team member with great follow-through.
Must maintain highest level of confidentiality and ethics.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
