Foodservice Shift Leader

You set high standards for yourself and your team members.
You are fun and friendly and take pride in everything you do.
You are at least 18 years old and communicate well with others.
You are willing to work varying shifts and days.
Responsibilities include:
Demonstrate positive and effective role modeling for all team members through appearance and attitude.
Prepare and review daily sales and labor reports and ensure proper cash handling procedures.
Proficient in back of house restaurant positions.
Ensure proper product quality control, plate presentation, service standards, and restaurant cleanliness.
Communicate pertinent information with general manager.
Ensure guests receive delicious food and genuine hospitality.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
