Project Manager - Digital Agency
Yo!Dog Marketing, a Digital Agency, is searching for a Project Manager to onboard clients and coordinate internal workflow within website design and development projects to meet timelines and client expectations. The candidate will have previous experience coordinating multiple website projects from concept to completion including managing websites built with themes and platforms such as In-Design, Salient, and WordPress. Upon completion of projects, continued client services will be managed by an Account Manager.
This an onsite position
Responsibilities Include:
oHold all critical project meetings from kick-off to status to retrospectives
oTrain new clients on Basecamp, Y!DM's project management system
oCoordinate with internal team to manage designer, writer, social media manager, and developer workload
oIdentify resource capacity and make priority decisions based on company need
oEstablish overall project timelines
oCreate and maintain project timelines within ranges of flexibility
oCommunicate effectively project progress, concerns, and status to team leads and clients
oManage project within agreed upon scope of work
oWork closely with executive team to develop out of scope fees by estimating resources and time required
oCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
oAssist in developing strategy with senior management on creative and messaging
oQuality control check on all produced work
oProactively identify, recommend, and implement efficiencies to improve project processes and timelines
oSupervise outside agencies and vendors (if needed) to ensure production of quality deliverables on time and budget
Minimum Qualifications/Experience Required:
oDetail-oriented organization, accuracy and timeliness
oStrong verbal and written communication skills
oInitiative, high-level of productivity
oAbility to handle multiple tasks
oAt least 2 years of project management experience, including at least 1 year of experience in managing/coordinating website design and development projects
oKnowledge of HTML, CSS, WordPress, and Web Development process
Required skills:
Advance knowledge of WordPress
Basic knowledge of graphic design software required (web and print): Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe In-Design, Adobe Acrobat, and Microsoft Office Suite.
oBasic knowledge of HTML and CSS
oMac and PC

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
