On Call Dental Assistant Needed
Job Description:
oAnswering patient questions before an appointment
oPreparing patients for dental procedures by making them comfortable and providing any instructions
oSterilizing dental instruments and equipment, and placing for easy access
oPreparing the dental exam room for use by the dentist by making sure it is stocked and organized
oAssisting the dentist during procedures, including passing instruments, getting supplies, and using the suction tube to keep the patient's mouth dry
oAssisting with dental x-rays
oAssisting with dental lab work
oInstructing patients on dental hygiene and proper care of dental fixtures
oScheduling follow-up appointments
oKeeping patient records
Requirements:
2 years of experience required
Pay:DOE
