Energetic, full-service casual dining General Manager is needed for this quickly growing franchise group for popular chain in the Central Michigan area.
Seeking a great leader who can manage the team to success both financially and for great guest service, and consistent food quality.
Must have good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, other restaurant-based systems and tools, labor costing experience, and have background of experience with full responsibility of budgets and P&Ls.
An ability to effectively market in the area is crucial.
Best candidates will have good tenure and background with corporate casual dining chains.
Strong candidates from a fast food background who are looking to get to the next level may be considered.
Will also look at GMs coming from independents that have a strong structure, but who are looking for greater stability.
Salary will range from 50-58K based on work history and experience, and GMs are largest part of quarterly bonus pool.
