Must have construction/trades and project coordination experience. Primary duties are project organizing, coordinating and creating schedules - including trades and materials. Generating work orders and purchase requisitions. Tracking, receiving, and organizing of all material deliveries, as well as coordinating delivery of cabinetry and materials to job site. Daily schedule follow-through with clients, contractors, installers, vendors, trades, etc to ensure job progress. Ability to communicate successfully with residential clients as well as builders, contractors, job supers and interior designers. Keen attention to detail with excellent organizational skills necessary.Computer skills in MS Office, Excel, Outlook, etc preferred. Salary 38,000 to 40,000 with benefits.
This is primarily a desk position with only a small amount of field work necessary.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
