Bay Nursing, Inc. has provided our patients a comprehensive range of home medical services including occupational and physical therapy, skilled nursing and numerous other home medical services for well over 20 years. We are committed to full-service home care solutions that give maximum independence to our patients. This position will service our patients mainly in the St. Clair County area.
Responsibilities for this contingent position include (but are not limited to):
o Contribute to Physical Therapist's effectiveness by identifying patient care issues; providing information and commentary; recommending options and courses of action; implementing physical therapy directives.
o Performs therapeutic procedures by administering manual exercises; instructing, encouraging, and assisting patients in performing physical activities, such as non-manual exercises, ambulatory functional activities, and daily-living activities; and in using supportive devices, such as crutches, canes, and prostheses.
Minimum requirements for this position:
o Physical Therapy Assistant Degree (Associates Degree) from an accredited college
o One to two years related experience and/or training. Home Care Experience preferred.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
