About the position
VICE MANAGEMENT is continuing to expand and currently looking for new applicants to add to our customer service and junior marketing department. We are looking for experienced customer service or retail representatives that we can additionally train to mold to our clients needs. VICE MANAGEMENT is looking for motivated individuals who have a competitive edge and are willing to learn.
It is because of this that we seek only the best, brightest and most selfless people to work with. As a company we are committed to developing 100% of our management from within and to expedite the learning process we have created a simple, yet effective training program to develop the necessary skills in our future leaders.
Ideal for college grad or undergrad.
Very high potential for full time position
In order to excel in our program applicants MUST:
Have a fun and energetic personality
Have thick skin and confidence to rebound from mistakes
Have a genuine interest in helping and teaching others
Have a strong desire to learn leadership skills
Be someone who seeks out solutions rather than dwelling on problems
Excellent communication skills -- written and verbal (fluent/good level in English is necessary);
Team player;
Ideally a previous internship/work experience within the marketing area and/or in retail.
Have a do whatever it takes to get the job done mentality

Direct Customer Service and Marketing
Our current focus is retail representation and brand development
All marketing reps must feel comfortable working with customers and clients
Developing skills in training, coaching and leadership
The team is the link between Marketing and Sales and transforms local market insights into the most relevant activities that hit the market at exactly the right moment to ensure maximum impact. Driven by a strong customer focus and passion for results, the team continually strives to deliver the best in class communications, ranging from training, promotions, and point-of-sale and retail.
