Recruiter (Bilingual English/Spanish)
A small veteran owned construction company has an immediate need for a bilingual English/Spanish Recruiter to join their team.
The recruiter will be responsible for staffing all levels of positions within the organization, with a primary focus on the field staff. The ideal candidate will have the ability to attract top talent through advertisement, networking and internal sourcing.
Candidates must have:
2 to 4 years of work recruitment experience
Bachelors degree preferred
Bilingual Spanish/English
Some travel maybe involved
$40k-$70k BOEEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
