Senior Purchasing Manager

Our client is currently seeking a Senior Purchasing Manager.
A growing food company located in Ozark, MO is currently searching for a Senior Purchasing Manager.
The Senior Manager of Purchasing works in an office environment, directs and oversees the purchasing function, including risk management, manages the organization's raw materials, logistics and inventory and delivers business results against defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
This person will defines, implement and coordinate sourcing strategies for raw material categories to meet internal customer needs and obtain maximum value from suppliers.
This position will also work closely with Manufacturing, R&D, QA and suppliers to develop, manage and update raw material specifications.

-A Bachelor's Degree REQUIRED-7
years of progressive purchasing experience in food production industry, including business management, manufacturing and customer/supplier relationships-Ability to perform value chain analysis and mathematical modeling-Strong negotiation skills, communication skills, problem solving skills, leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities-Expert knowledge of purchasing-Ability to plan, coordinate and direct the work of others-Innovative and performance- and quality-driven-Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or relevant software packagesIf you are interested in this position, please send me your latest resume to email removed .

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
