Education Requirements
Masters Degree in Nursing (Required)
Pharmacy course in Arizona to qualify for pharmacy privileges (Preferred)
Experience Requirements
Two or more years of nursing experience (Required)
One year technical training or additional skills training for licensure / certification to perform more advanced clinical skills (Required)
Pediatric clinical experience (Preferred)
Two or more years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner (Preferred)
Certification/License/Registry Requirements
Current State of Arizona certification as a Nurse Practitioner (Required)
Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association (Required)
Family-Centered care that focuses on the need of the child first and values the family as an important member of the care team
