Summary:
This position performs a variety of accounting support for invoicing and order processing.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
Invoicing Monitor Order Process Enter Journal Entries Assist in Month End Close Sales Reporting Coordination with Shared Services Other duties as assigned Requirements Required
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED.
An AA degree is preferred.

years experience with Accounts Receivable Has worked with both service revenue and sales of finished goods Basic understanding of accounting principles MS Office Excel and Word proficiency Prefer familiarity with Expandable ERP software Qualified candidates must have good organizational skills, excellent communication skills, ability to multi-task, strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills.
