Commercial HVAC install Superintendent

Rob's Air Conditioning Service is recognized as a leader in the Residential and Commercial HVAC industry in Metro New Orleans area and We are seeking a detailed -oriented site supervisor for multiple projects . HVAC Commercial installations, Must have 8 to 10 yrs experience working In Install and service, - chillers, boilers, DX systems, EMS Control systems, Hydroponic systems. Valid driver license with no DUI in previous 5 yrs, EPA Certification, verifiable work history, all hand tools, comfortable with using laptops, tablets, learning specific software, read drawings, blueprints, three dimensional files candidate will manage all functions of the job site ,Perform material take-offs, ordering tools, materials, and equipment, manage field workers .Plan, schedule, and coordinate on-site functions Maintain a safe work site by implementing good housekeeping regulations and safety requirements, enforcing safe work habits and observing OSHA and any state-level agencies' regulations
