Associate (Intern) - New Development THE AGENCY About The Position The Agency New Development Associate is a newly created position, responsible for supporting our growing New Development team.
The candidate selected for this role will contribute to best in class research, and support the sales and marketing strategies that differentiate The Agency from its competitors, working on both domestic and international projects.
This position reports to the Managing Director of New Development About Us The Agency has cultivated a team of seasoned experts with a singular proficiency in customizing a unique experience for all of our high-end clients and luxury residential developments.
By crafting a multi-disciplinary, holistic approach to the representation of new development clients, The Agency is further redefining real estate.
The team has been responsible for more than $20 Billion in prime property and new development deals to date.
The Agency is the only West Coast-based organization to combine on-the-ground knowledge and experience of a residential real estate brokerage, with the expertise and vision of a dedicated new development marketing, design, research and strategic sales planning team.
With a long-standing reputation for selling some of the country's most preeminent properties, as well as those of particular architectural and design significance or celebrity provenance, The Agency is uniquely qualified to provide bespoke insight and strategy for high-profile clients and development projects.

Your Qualifications Minimum At least 2-3 years experience Bachelor's Degree (or currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program) Preferred Professional or internship experience Strong interpersonal skills Possess the ability to be proactive and take ownership of projects Strong organizational and analytical skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Superior knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, using advanced functions preferred Working toward a graduate or undergraduate degree in a Real Estate, Business, Economics, or Finance major or minor with a Junior, Senior or Graduate level standing General knowledge of Real Estate and Real Estate Principles Ability to work 30-40 hours per week Proactive; self-motivated and goal oriented Ability to effectively prioritize & handle multiple tasks Ability to work under tight deadlines and in a team environment Essential Functions Continually develop, enhance and leverage detailed knowledge of the local economy and real estate markets Maintain spreadsheets and update partnership decks, data entry Prepare chart and graphs as needed Proactively deliver information and insights on market and economic activity, conditions and trends Produce weekly reports using CRM platform Assist other staff members with general administrative tasks All other duties as assigned by management.
