Critical Care Nurse Manager
This position will report directly to the Director of Critical Care.
The manager is responsible to the DON in the planning, organizing, developing and directing day to day operations within regulatory guidelines, in accordance with the Hospital?s mission, Physician?s, and patient?s expectations.
Develop and monitor the clinical integrity of their assigned program.
Job Requirements ? ?3 years of management/leadership roles (Required) ?Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing or related field (Highly Recommended) ?Communication/motivation skills (Required) ?Demonstrates leadership & teaching abilities (Preferred) ?Knowledgeable of patient population (Required) ?Three (3) years recent hospital experience in area of supervision minimum ?RN State of Florida (Required) ?BLS (Required) ?ACLS (Required) The position will provide a $5,000 Sign on Bonus Relocation is on a reimbursement basis after 90 days.
