Case Manager (QIDP certified) - Olney
Professional person needed to advocate for and support individuals with developmental disabilities by coordinating and monitoring the overall plan of care as directed by state and federal regulations. Develop and implement goals for each individual receiving services. Ensure services are ongoing and consistent with goals established.
o Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field required.
o Minimum 1 year experience working with DD population required.
o Previous QIDP certification preferred, but not required.
o Must be able to meet qualifications for QIDP certification.
o Current valid DL with acceptable driving record required.
