Project Scope- duties of position

Central Accounts Payable System(CAPS)

Central Accounts Payable System an n-tiered web based application used for the agencies Administration of Financial Operations. Functions include:
Automated invoice processing, auditing and the authorization of voucher payments.
Provides case management applications with validation of vendors and Chart of Accounts (COA).
Data Warehouse and Reporting on fiscal records for the agency.
Statewide Financial System (SFS) secured interface.
Interfaces with Computer Information System (CIS), Automated Integrated Management System (AIMS) - State Central Register (SCR), Quality Youth Development System (QYDS), and Juvenile Justice Information System (JJIS).
Leave and Accrual Tracking System (LATS) interface.
Payroll Allocation and Cost System for multiple agencies.
Online Check Registers (CHEX) for Juvenile Youth, OCFS Facilities, and Home Office.
Revenue and Refund Tracking System.
Daily Tasks will include but are not limited to the following:
Work with users to collect and document business requirements and use cases.
Work with developers on analysis and logical design.
Perform unit and regression testing and work closely with users during UAT.
Assist with customers responding to questions and defect resolution requests.
The individual in this position will work under the direction of the Team Lead.
PART A: The ONE MANDATORY REQUIREMENT:

Expert Level
You must be an Expert .Net Developer with documented employment experience of 7
years (84
months).

- You must have experience managing small to medium-scale business analysis work or projects with distinct deliverables to a solution.

- You must be able to provide leadership of large teams and/or extensive industry experience and is considered at the top of his/her field.


PART B: Requested Desirable
Qualifications: The numbered qualifications below are not mandatory, but candidates should meet or exceed in duration and skill set target asked for, at least 3 of numbers 1 through 6.
60 months experience in creating large complex reports using PL/SQL, stored procedures, data queries, third party reporting tools like Aspose and COGNOS BI.
72 months experience in writing test plans & cases and performing unit & regression testing.
84 months experience facilitating meetings with users to identify & gather business needs, business rules & complex security requirements.
80 months experience writing and executing SQL data queries for extraction and/or validation of application data.
Bachelor's Degree. Proof of education must be submitted with all responses.
36 months working with .Net applications.


Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
