Client Service Support (3225)

CHSi has an opening for a full time Client Service Support position to join our team in Cape Canaveral, FL.

SCOPE:
This position is responsible for providing basic administrative support to CHS team members on a medical exam and/or drug screening program for a particular contract within the Exam Management Department Interacts daily with other CHS team members and provider network partners. Reports to the Program Manager.

Qualifications:
High School diploma required.
Office experience preferred.
Basic knowledge of office equipment and word processing software required, including MS office products.
Must be able to multi-task, be detail-oriented, organized, and have strong oral and written communication skills.
Experience with medical terminology a plus.

DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
Respond to prompts from Medical Exam Tracking System (METS) to produce exam components.
Assemble the various components as exams are scheduled to include drug screen kits, phlebotomy kits, exam paperwork and instructions specific to the examinee.
Maintain supplies that constitute the exam kits (components, screening kits, exam paperwork) to support the activities of department CSAs and management.
Contact examinee and facility to schedule requested examinations per contract.
Perform courier-related activities within department or throughout the Exam Management Department to include tracking and distribution of exam results to correct medical review personnel, etc.
Maintain the filing/scanning/retrieval of exam results.
Serve as back-up to department for routine administrative duties.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
