Job Duties include, but not limited to:
o Reviews files and TMO for input accuracy after final approval.
o Corrects errors as necessary in compliance with Nationstar Mortgage underwriting guidelines.
o Ensures each closing file is in compliance with NSM closing requirements and state and federal reporting guidelines (RESPA, HMDA, Section32).
o Must accurately print the final closing documents and forward them to the closing agent in a timely manner.
o Reviews the final HUD-1 for accuracy and verifies customer signatures on all final closing documents prior to funding.
o Follows up with closing agents for the prompt return of original closing documents.
o Authorizes funding upon verification of all documentation and review of HUD-1.
o Handles questions from closing agents, branches and customers.
Qualifications:
o High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
o At minimum 3 years of Closing experience with strong HUD reviewing background.
o Strong oral and written communication skills.
o Successful candidate must be proficient using computers and be able to learn new systems
o Must be able to work independently and coordinate with a team
o Possess the ability to multi-task and prioritize.
o Ability to work well under tight deadlines and within fast paced environment.
o Ability to sit at a desk and in front of a computer screen for 6 - 8
hours on a daily basis
o Open to work flexible hours, if needed.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
