AutoCAD
General Description: Manage various packaging, marine, and furniture design projects in a fast-paced environment. Create efficient custom packaging designs that minimize waste and maximize production. Create 3D drawings (using AutoCAD), write product specifications, and layout raw material yields for costing. Assemble prototypes and provide administrative assistance as needed, including data entry.
Work experience requirements:
3
years of CAD experience (foam/packaging background preferred)
Physical Demands
General handling of prototype units and various foam grades. Most time will be spent at CAD workstation.
Working Conditions
Office environment with minimal warehouse/workshop exposure. Occasional overtime is required on an as-needed basis.
Education Requirements
CAD Certification or college degree in a related field.
Payrate
$13-15 DOE
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
