We have Immediate needs for Counter Sales Representatives at our Addison and Wauconda Locations (We are always looking for top Counter Sales talent to serve our customers through our seven locations throughout Chicagoland and its surrounding areas too!)

We are looking for Inside Counter Sales Representatives to work our in-store Retail Sales Counters at our Addison and Wauconda locations. Ideal candidates are able to handle multiple tasks from selling construction supplies, parts and tools to our walk-in contractor customers to handling phone inquiries and assisting with inventory stock merchandising. A positive, team orientated go-getter with a high sense of urgency and the ability to build strong customer relationships is who we're looking to add to our growing team!
If you've got the following attributes we want to hear from you:
A strong sense of urgency
The ability to provide exceptional customer satisfaction and excellent customer relationship building skills
Strong time management and organizational skills
Quick learner
Self-starter with a can-do attitude
Tenacity and willingness to go the extra mile to get the job done
Familiarity with concrete construction and/or the construction process is a plus
Familiarity with construction tools and equipment is a plus
Experience brought to us from an equipment dealership or Big Box retailer is a plus
