VoIP Systems Engineer

Position
Responsibilities:
Deploy and support ShoreTel's Unified Communication system for TTx clients in the Cleveland, Akron/Canton, Toledo, and surrounding areas.
Conduct site surveys, pre-deployment discovery and documentation.
Perform on-site installations, system programming, and cutovers of ShoreTel VoIP systems and related hardware/software solutions.
Collaboration with Project Managers for ShoreTel project planning, system design, and execution.
Provide ShoreTel administrative training.
Provide TTx clients with Tier 2 support for ShoreTel systems from within the TTx Support Center located in Strongsville, OH.
Troubleshoot network-related issues negatively impacting ShoreTel voice performance by analyzing packet loss, throughput, latency, jitter, MOS scores, etc.
Participate in on-call rotation to support ShoreTel clients.
Position Requirements:
3
years of telecommunications (preferred VoIP) experience.
Basic knowledge of analog, PRI, and SIP trunking.
Basic knowledge of network switching and routing concepts
Basic understanding of QoS concepts for prioritizing voice packetized traffic.
Experience with installing and managing Windows Server 2008 and 2012.
Experience with Windows 7 and 8.
Experience with SIP call setup flows and troubleshooting a plus.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work well under pressure.
Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor.
Ability to work well in a team and individually.
Strong technical and problem solving skills.
Professional ShoreTel training will be provided.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
