Adult Nurse Practitioner
Immediate opening for a full-time nurse practitioner with a non-profit healthcare company located in Brevard County Florida. Candidate will be responsible for providing both hospice and non-hospice palliative care to residents living in Brevard County who have chronic debilitating disease processes. Patient's will be primarily geriatric and frail. Other duties will include rounding in hospitals and nursing homes.
In addition to providing palliative care to hospice and non-hospice patients this position will provide transitional case management for both hospitals and managed care organizations.
Candidate needs to be outgoing, energetic and fully licensed as a nurse practitioner in Florida. Starting base Salary $83,000 per year plus benefits and expenses. Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
