Director Of Nursing
Noted healthcare delivery entity is seeking a Director of Nursing with 3 years of experience to join its Michigan facility. Candidate must have the following: supervisory experience ; Experience with hiring, training, disciplining, and reviewing ; Keen knowledge of all state and federal regulations relating to nursing homes ; Leadership capacity over a staff of nursing professionals 24/7 accountability.
Candidate will have a BA/BS in Nursing or Nursing Admin from an accredited University ; Michigan Licensure in good standing ; Strong diagnostic skills ; Stellar interpersonal, verbal & written communication skills.
Excellent work environment and competitive compensation commensurate with experience.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
-Reporting, and working with the Administrator to make sure all elements care are delivered at the highest level of quality and professionalism
-Preparing for annual audit and anticipates actions necessary to receive a clean bill of health for the facility
-Establishing clear goals and objectives
-Training, hiring, coaching, disciplining and releasing of employees
-Calling interdepartmental meetings regularly to review practices, policies and quality concerns
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
