Description:
Monitor and audit data quality in case management system and collaborate with others to escalate and resolve any anomalies as necessary.
Assists with the production of monthly and ad hoc reports.
Maintains a training schedule. Reach out to instructors for upcoming class information and populate into schedule.
Use a messaging system to create and send messages to potential training participants announcing upcoming training.
Perform administrative duties to assist with the implementation of paid state/local sick leaves
Supports special projects, activities and employee-related functions, as needed
Top skills include:
Solid knowledge of Word, Excel (Will be using Excel to pull data) and PowerPoint (May need to create a presentation)
Strong attention to detail as they will be adding information into a database so accuracy is vital.
Person will be using PeopleSoft and specifically Cognos so experience with this software would be a huge plus.
Someone who has worked in a HR Department would be a huge plus.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
