Dell Inc.'s wholly owned subsidiary Dell Services Federal Government, Inc. (DSFG) is seeking a talented Client Technical Support Associate in Clinton, MS.
The selected candidate will be responsible for providing telephone/email/chat, online, social media and remote diagnostic technical support of desktops, portables, peripherals (e.g., printers, projectors, etc.) and software custom or off the shelf software - industry or proprietary. Answers questions about installation, operation, configuration, customization, and usage of assigned products. Responsible for following defined policies & procedures (e.g verifies warranty entitlement, etc). Applies diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes and recommend solutions to correct failures. Documents problems in the support solution database for diagnostics and solution implementation.
Responds to and diagnoses problems through discussions with users. Provides support, identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems. Possesses and applies expertise on multiple complex work assignments. Assignments may be broad in nature. Contributes to deliverables and performance metrics where applicable. The selected candidate is required to work a shift schedule on a 24x7 helpdesk environment. The candidate must be a US citizen and be able to obtain a Public Trust Clearance and 1
years of customer service experience
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
