Entry Level Marketing - Train to Manager

We are a marketing and sales agency with big goals. We're looking for recent grads and entry level professionals who are hungry for career growth into management and to be a part of our new expansion into the Prescott market. It is our belief that great managers and team leaders know the business they work in from the ground up.
This is why we are looking for entry level team members to train on our system for acquiring and retaining quality customers for our clients so that as we grow, our management team always knows where their people are coming from and how to find success in their entry level roles as well as future leadership roles.

We've recently expanded into Prescott and our clients want us to double in size so we can grow their market share nationwide, but also right here at home. For this to happen we need entry level professionals who are self-motivated and driven, who can be promoted into management and leadership roles based on personal merit and performance never favoritism or seniority.

This position is full time and involves responsibilities in:
entry level marketing and sales management
sales and marketing presentations
training new marketing and sales communications managers
leadership and team building both in and out of work
business communication management
leadership and training as a manager
organization and time management


JOB REQUIREMENTS

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
