PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Be part of a collaborative, friendly, and open environment with teams onshore as well as off shore in India.
Develops, coordinates, and implements plans to test business processes during system development and quality assurance testing.
Work closely with the architects and technical leads to determine the best processes to document.
Provide Technical expertise to ensure that the design, implementation and end results meet the business requirements.
Utilizes industry standard processes to generate specifications for implementation and for specification review process.
Collaborate with QA to ensure use cases and validation plans are detailed and will result in a high quality product.
We have a broad base of existing desktop and web applications written in Delphi and Java. The successful applicant will have the desire and skills to dig into these legacy technologies and systems.
Consults with management and personnel to obtain additional information during software development and evaluate alternatives.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
A Bachelor's degree in a computer related field. Master's preferred.
Technical BA with five (5) to seven (7) years of experience, or any equivalent combination of experience, education, and training.
Experience re-writing legacy applications. Bonus previous working knowledge with Delphi and Firebird.
Self-motivated and competitive with strong interpersonal skills.
