EA Toner QA Technician
Essential Functions:
EA Toner QA Technician Oversee all aspects of Webster EA toner QA laboratory.
Work closely with QA staff, Engineering, Shift Leaders, and Process Specialists in a dynamic manufacturing environment (customer driven approach).
Execute analytical tests specific to EA toner manufacturing.
Including; X-ray spectroscopy, particle size/shape, light microscopy, pH, conductivity, viscosity, moisture, measurements.
Position requires flexibility and willingness to work rotating shifts as required (4x7).
Required Skills:
Associate or Bachelor level technical/applied science degree.
Prior quality lab experience preferable.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong work ethic and team attitude essential.
Understanding of Statistical Process Control 6 Sigma & Lean principles.
Aptitude for solving problems and troubleshooting analytical equipment.
REQUIREMENTSEducation :
Experience :
1 - 3 years.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
