Recruiter at Ambassador Personnel, Inc.
This position is responsible for searching and finding candidates for specialized career opportunities and sourcing these candidates to our customers. This person must be skilled in social media recruiting, internet recruiting, grass roots recruiting, and versed in all areas for recruiting candidates. This experienced individual will be responsible for interviewing, screening and selecting candidates for a variety of skill sets for our customers. Strong communication skills will be needed to gather the information from customers and candidates to make the accurate selection in the recruiting process. This is a fast paced, career driven position that will require a competitive and self motivated nature.
