investors. We will train you to become a thoroughly knowledgeable real
estate investment professional. With Real Estate Investment Source and our
in house lending company Secured Investment Lending Corp., the potential
for advancement is exceptionable as we only promote from within.
Successful candidates will be responsible for:
o Meeting with investors on a daily basis to build a client base
o Assisting clients in reviewing and assessing our private database of
properties based upon their needs
o Analyzing valuations and rehab estimates, as well as composing real
estate contracts
o Guiding investors throughout the entire investment process from purchase
to exit strategy

o Ability to obtain real estate and loan officer license
o Management Level opportunity within 3- 5 years. (Required skills/experience

Requirements:
o Sales experience and education a plus, but not required
o Excellent communication skills
o Self- motivated
