IT Business Analyst

Areas of Responsibility:
Master Schaeffer ERP and related applications
Audit the usage of Schaeffer functions so they align with prescribed business processes
Report/Manage Schaeffer change requests and bugs to the corporate applications team
Give support to all users with regards to Schaeffer and its related applications.
Coordinate and execute end-user training
Communicate Schaeffer changes to end-users as they are enabled
Required Skills/Background:
The education level required for this role is Bachelor of Arts or Science in IT or equivalent by experience.
At least 2 years of experience using/learning/implementing an ERP or related application function(s), business process steps for the purposes of supporting and training users.
ERP/MRP experience in major aspects of the business value chain as it relates to manufacturing.
Proficient with technical documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, support documentation, user guides, workflows in a way that such material can be translated into training and process documentation.
Ensure communications and processes are specified in a manner suitable for the intended audience and are understandable, unambiguous and capable of being implemented and tested
Excellent communication and presentation skills to all levels including executive management
Facilitate a critical communications role by interacting with both end-users and system developers and data architects
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Proficient with MS Office Productivity Suite - Specifically advanced Excel, PowerPoint and Visio.
Works independently, often determining own work priorities
Desired Skills/Background:
Exposure to business application development in C#, VB.net, Progress 4GL etc
Business query logic (SQL or other query languages and reporting tools)
Experience with one or more Change Management Models (ITIL, Covey, Lewin)
Graphical Concept Mapping (Mind Manager, FreeMind)
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
