Summary
As a Senior Business Analyst in the Labor Excellence and Innovation area of Sustainable Manufacturing & Sourcing (SM&S), you will be a key player in helping to develop and manage metrics and KPIs to support the SM&S Labor strategy. You will play an integral role in facilitating & managing the lifecycle of data, processes and projects from initial concept through final delivery including reporting. You will also have the opportunity to participate in and lead projects managing complex, integrated data and performance management information across multiple business areas.
Responsibilities
Capture and document business requirements and ensure requirements are delivered by IT/operational team
Provide data needs analysis to ensure link between data and functional strategies and processes
Create, maintain and manage standard operating procedures to support collection, management and reporting of sustainability data
Standardize processes and tools to capture, integrate and manage data and ensure data quality and validity
Work with data management specialists to collect, validate, monitor data capture, and report on the data
Conduct data analysis to identify trends, cross-functional comparative analysis, correlations, and overarching data insights
Interface with key stakeholders to provide data and supporting contextual information
Support subject matter experts through data analysis, reporting, and visualization
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Social Sciences, Corporate Responsibility/Sustainability or a related field or 3 years relevant experience in lieu of degree
Comprehensive research and analytical skills; ability to gather information quickly and to synthesize it into actionable information
3
years' experience in business performance analysis and process design
2
years' experience in supply chain management, including impact areas such as Corporate Social Responsibility, Sustainability, Social Compliance, or Ethical Sourcing in a multi-national retail/consumer goods or related company
Experience with CSR reporting for multi-national company (Ex:
Dow Jones Sustainability Index, Higg Index, etc.)
Ability to be an analytical thinker and problem solver; proven ability to synthesize complex processes and data into simple and compelling stories
Excellent oral and written communication skills, including experience creating and delivering presentations to senior leadership and external leaders
Proven ability to navigate complex organizational structures with varying stakeholders
Accesses and uses knowledge/best practices from repositories, other team members, and outside sources
Strong organizational skills, including managing and prioritizing multiple responsibilities to achieve strategic objectives
Understands team member goals and works to create situations that support those needs
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of Labor (health and safety, human resource management, lean management) KPIs, metrics and reporting is strongly preferred
Experience in an international work environment
Advanced Excel data manipulation skills
Experience leveraging critical modeling techniques
Knowledge of global sourcing and manufacturing practices
Tableau and database knowledge
Experience with info graphics design

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
