I will teach you our product, our industry, and how our process. We have a successful recipe and we need to grow at a faster pace.
If you are aggressive, motivated, have ability, and love to make money: this is the company to work for.
We hire 1099 Independent Contractors. Our agents earn 25% Commissions and our managers earn 10% Commissions. However, we use three avenues to generate revenue. We introduce ourselves with our Mobile App programs. We have a price point 3/4 less than competitors. We use this to take over the merchant processing account for the app, the store, the internet. Next we acknowledge what equipment they process cards with. If they are not legally compliant, or do not have ability to take Googlepay, Appleypay, or Microchips, we lease them the new equipment they need.
Merchants are required by October 2015 to have the required equipment as mentioned above.
Now is the time. Technology, Security, Software, and merchant ability to sustain for the next five years is crucial. If you cannot sell this, you cannot sell anything. Bilingual is a big benefit. Pay for managers and sales agents is below:
manager/agent:
Mobile App: 150-300 / 500-1500 Equipment: 300-1200 / 750-3200
Residuals: 1-100.00 per month (depending on merchant volume as well as the rate program we select)
The difference between agent and manager pay is due to the fact that each agent should have one sale per day. However a strong sales manager should have 10
and closer to 20 sales agents. You should have your team producing at least one deal per agent.
This position is a 10k per month position. The rest of this year is the best time to ever sell in our industry.
