Seeking an Administrative Assistant for our facility in Raynham, MA.
Join a fast-paced car dealership in our location in Raynham. We are seeking an experienced, hands-on individual to work hand-in-hand with the Management as an Administrative Assistant.
This is a direct hire, permanent position. Serious, qualified candidates only!
Job
Responsibilities:
Excellent customer service over the phone and in person in a prompt, friendly manner
Handle service customer complaints in a timely fashion
Setting up customer appointments and maintain high customer satisfaction
Monitor progress of the work on customer's vehicles and update them on the status and
ensure that repairs are completed on schedule.
Verify that final invoices reconciles with the work performed on the repair order
Job Requirements:
HIGH sense of urgency a MUST
Trained listening skills, eagerness to comply and willing to follow orders
Enthusiastic about going the extra mile
Exceptional people skills as well as verbal and communication aptitude
Polished, professional appearance
Strong phone and multitasking skills, will be talking to vendors and customers
Keep cool under pressure and go with the flow in a fast-paced environment
At least 3 years of previous experience, passion for cars a HUGE plus!
Good knowledge in Microsoft Word and Excel and general computer & internet know-how
Must have a clean and verifiable driving record.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
