Maintenance Supervisor /Superintendent - Fort Lee, NJ
Major Residential Real Estate Company is currently seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for their Residential Portfolio located in Fort Lee, NJ.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for supervision of building staff.
Responsible for proper operation of all building equipment.
Responsible to supervise any contractor work in the building.
Responsible to ensure overall compliance of all equipment and systems.
Responsible for monitoring and managing all service contracts for the building.
Responsible for cleanliness and appearance of building.
Responsible for the timely response of all tenant service requests.
Responsible for the timely preparation of apartment turn-over.
The ideal candidate should have 3
years experience as a building superintendent of a large rental apartment building or complex. Must have knowledge HVAC, boilers, building systems, electrical, carpentry, fire alarm, sheet rock and related.
Starting salary is up to 60k Base--Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
