Business Systems Analyst
Responsible for the support, development and implementation of applications and integration components to address business requirements. Provides support for application enhancements, problem and incident management, production support, and change control processes. Bridges business needs with technical solutions to solve business challenges. Understands business unit workflows and how to use technology solutions in support of that workflow.
Business Systems Senior Analyst
Responsible for being a key liaison between Business Owners and Technology Application Services in the support of application enhancements, problem and incident management, production support, and change management. Serves as the primary authority on critical, core applications, facilitates requirements and design activities on larger initiatives.

Business Systems Lead Analyst
Responsible for leading and other Application Support Analysts on projects or other tasks. Serves as the single point of contact on various production and project assignments. Serves as a key liaison between business entities and Technology Application Services in the support of application enhancements, problem and incident management, production support, and change management. Serves as the primary authority on critical, core applications, facilitates requirements and design activities on larger initiatives.
Serves as a system's primary expert for one or more applications and/or business unit workflows.

Qualifications:
Business Systems Analyst
Education/Experience
o Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field preferred
o One (1) year of general work experience
o Working experience with computers.
Skills/Knowledge
o Excellent oral and written communication skills
Business Systems Senior Analyst
Education/
Experience:
o Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field preferred.
o Minimum of two (2) years of work experience supporting business applications.
Skills/Knowledge:
o Able to perform as project manager for small to medium sized projects.
o Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Business Systems Lead Analyst
Education/
Experience:
o Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field preferred.
o Minimum of five (5) years of work experience supporting business applications.
Skills/Knowledge:
o Ability to serve as project manager for large projects
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
