General Position Summary Manage Health, Dental, Vision, Life, Supplemental, Property, Liability insurances.
Essential Functions Administer all company benefits and insurance-Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Property, Casualty, Umbrella, WC, International WC, Fiduciary, Kidnap & Ransom insurances, and vehicle fleet insurance.
Manage Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, and supplemental insurance Open Enrollments Administer and assist Team Members with insurance claims, including supplemental coverage and COBRA.
Manage FMLA with the help of a third party administrator.
Manage Short Term Disability.
Manage Leave of Absence payments.
Administer HRA and FSA with Medical insurance.
Monthly insurance billing for all insurance.
Generate annual Insurance Compensation Report.
Additional Functions Generate weekly reports-Manning, Employee Listing, Leave, Quarterly Generate quarterly Manning report.
Post weekly weekend schedule at all time clock areas.
Report monthly activity to parent company.
Job Dimensions (Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities or KSAs) Knowledge of laws pertaining to employee benefits including PPACA Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Lotus Notes Math skills for invoice consolidation and adjusting premium payments Ability to solve problems Minimum Qualifications Education Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required Work Experience Requirements 1-2 years' experience preferred.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
