Position Description:
A Certified Nurse Aide Program Instructor is responsible for providing quality instruction to students by ensuring student satisfaction through the classroom, laboratory, and clinical practicum site settings according to the State of Georgia Curriculum Model for Nurse Aide Training Program objectives.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Plan course instruction based on approved syllabus/course outline provided to ensure course content and learning objectives are met. o Utilize a variety of teaching techniques to accommodate the learning styles of a diverse student population
Administer and grade examinations
Candidate must be an RN OR LPN with at least 3 year of experience in long term care, be proficient with MS Office. Prior Certified Nurse Assistant teaching experience preferred.
Actively maintain student retention by keeping accurate daily attendance records, calling absent students, and recording absentee information in roster after each class meeting. Communicating any attendance concerns to the Administrator.
Must have the attended the Train-the-Trainer workshop and have the Certificate
