Director of Nursing for Home Care agency (Mamaroneck, NY)
Experienced Director of Nursing.
We are seeking an experienced Director of Nursing for our Regional satellite office in Mamaroneck,NY. We are a Non-Medical Home Care company who is looking for a dynamic individual to join team!
If hired, you may be required to assist with, but not limited to, the following:
= Client Supervisory visits.
= Client assessments.
= Client intake and sales.
= Working with the scheduling coordinator to oversee Staffing, scheduling and client and supervisory visits.
= Answering phones and providing other office backup as required.
= Maintenance of client files.
= Interviews of new clients.
=Calling leads for new cases.
=Mantling client files.
= Conducting in service for caregivers.
The position requires field visits and client relations experience, and some sales, with a strong background in the healthcare industry. This job would require you to be in the field 60% of the day and in the office for the remainder.
This position does require a rotating on-call shift with our office staff, and you must have a reliable and presentable vehicle to get to and from the office. A company car will be provided for field work.
Candidates must live within the greater Westchester or lower Fairfield County area.
This is a Full Time SALARIED position with sales bonuses and expense reimbursements.
