Skokie based electronic signature forms management solution provider is currently expanding its staff. Our product lines include web-based solutions for employee W-4s, onboarding documents, pay stubs and year-end tax statements.
We are looking for a well-organized individual with implementation experience. This person will be primarily responsible for implementing clients to our Year-End Tax Statement platform, which will be expanding to include the Affordable Care Act requirements. The ideal candidate will have a background in implementations and have experience in bringing on a large amount of clients in a limited time frame.
Skills and Requirements
Excellent project managing skills and an understanding of implementation processes
Exceptional follow-up skills
Organized and flexible in high paced and changing environments
Strong problem-solving, analytical and communication skills
The ability to concentrate and pay close attention to detail and deadlines
Must be able to work in teams on large projects and communicate effectively with others
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Any other duties as assigned to support the team's overall operations
Individual must be able to work a full-time schedule and work well under minimal supervision. Occasional travel may be required and overtime will be required during our peak season which is normally December through February.
