We are currently in need of a Clinical Services Random Coordinator.
Primary duties of this position include:
o Supporting the Sales Department on effective ways to sell Random Program Management
o Training Clients on random program testing parameters, proper file format, and required deadlines for submission
o Sending monthly/quarterly e-mail notifications to the client requesting updated employee list
o Correct and Modify random employee list format (if necessary) once received
o Upload each employee list into the randomizer program (trouble shoot if necessary)
o Create any new locations/employers in the randomizer program
o Audit selection lists for accuracy for all consortiums and stand-alone programs
o Communicate selections to the client (e-mail selection lists)
o Audit results and reconcile random selection lists for compliance throughout the testing period
o Provide Federally Regulated (M.I.S. Report) and Non-Regulated reporting to client upon request
o Provide support in the event of a client audit
Qualifications/Skills/Requirements:
o Excellent verbal communication skills, including good grammar, voice and diction
o Excellent customer service skills (friendly, courteous and helpful)
o Must be computer literate with a working knowledge of spreadsheets
o Must be detail-oriented, able to follow up and pay close attention to accuracy
o Ability to properly handle confidential information and records
o Ability to analyze information gathered in order to identify potential problems or discrepancies
o Basic business writing skills
o Must be able to handle multiple projects and tasks at the same time
Education/Training/Experience
o High School Education or GED equivalent
o Must be proficient with computer software, specifically Outlook, Excel and Adobe PDF
o Previous experience with randomizer programs preferred
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
