Qualifications:
Must be 18 years or older
Must have a High School Diploma and/or GED
Must be efficient on a computer, as well as with Microsoft Office
Great Customer Service Skills

RESPONSIBLE for the day to day operations of the office and scheduling of off site workers, must be able to multi-task in a fast paced environment.
RESPONSIBLE for organizing and coordinating office operations and procedures in order to ensure organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Answering phones and positive interactions with clients.
Maintain accurate schedule of ongoing jobs.
1. To be depended on being in the office during the business hours to answer calls from clients and contract workers.
2. Communicate effectively with owner, clients, and contract workers.
3. Schedule offsite jobs. Make changes as needed or requested by clients.
4. Keep track of schedule changes.
5. Call new clients or first time clients.
6. Process credit card charges.
7. Keep all records and files organized for easy access.
8. Assist the owner in scheduling and other duties as needed.
9. Perform other related duties such as filing, answering phones, making copies, faxing, scanning, and maintaining the office supplies and equipment.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
