General Manager, Restaurant
We are seeking motivated individuals for a General Manager role with an opportunity in the pizza industry in Jasper, IN.
The General Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day functions of the restaurant to ensure high quality products and services are delivered to customers, and financial goals are met. We are seeking professional candidates who enjoy working in a fast paced environment, and have excellent customer service and team leadership skills.
Requirements:
4
years restaurant experience.
2
years Team Lead/Supervisor experience.
Experience working for pizza delivery concept REQUIRED.
Experience working in a customer facing role.
Excellent communication skills.
Professional demeanor.
Cash management experience.
Valid Driver's License required.
High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Customer focused and strong in building customer loyalty
Promptly handle all customer concerns by delighting each of our customers
Willing to open and close store according to client's standards; including counting nightly inventory and cash control
Willing to perform all Shift Management functions and store operations
Willing to perform and uphold daily cleaning duties
Willing to maintain a safe and organized restaurant for employees and customers
Local store marketing
Schedule:
Days, Evenings, and Weekends required. 40
hours per week.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
