About this Opportunity: TRC Staffing is hiring for an Electromechanical Assembler in the Component Prep area, this is a Temp to Perm position where you will prep components consisting of through-hole (THT), surface mount (SMT), and electro-mechanical items that are used in manufacture of printed circuit assemblies. Prepare components per controlled parts lists, drawing documentation, and quality workmanship guidelines.


Essential Functions:
Cut and form (prep) components using hand tools, prep tooling, and component-specific tooling.
Perform manual preparation and assembly of electro-mechanical sub-assemblies per print.
Assemble chassis components using a variety of hardware.
Recommend changes in documentation (per company processes) to ensure high quality results.
Adhere to General Requirements of Clients Team Associates.
Perform other assignments as required.

Supervisory Requirements:
Work under close supervision.
May receive direction from group leader.

Education/Experience Requirements:
High school diploma.
Six months of printed circuit board assembly experience preferred.
Must have good hand-eye coordination.

Physical Demands:
Stand, sit, bend, fine manipulation, lift/carry up to 75 lbs, push/pull up to 75 lbs


Other Physical Requirements:
Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Work Environment:
Moderate noise levels.
Typical light manufacturing environment.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
