Summary: Maintain all aspects of the operation including Sales, Service, Parts, Operations, Employment issues, and Marketing
Essential and shared functions of position:
o Adhere to the core company policies and procedures
o Manage Sales Team
o Manage Service Team
o Assist customers visiting Dealership on an as needed basis
o Oversee Office Administrator in all aspects of clerical duties
o Adhere to all policies and procedures referring to cash handling and bank deposits.
o Maintain overall continuity of Sales and Service Department
o Coordinate display of all trailers and parts at dealership
o Forecast, manage, and maintain existing inventory and incoming products
o Plan and execute outside sales calls to develop wholesale business (Landscape, Construction, Rental Companies) with Sales Team input
o Attend Trade Shows, Sale Barns, Co-ops, Veterinarians, Farm Expos, Tractor Pulls, etc. to help drive overall sales initiative of the Dealership
o Work week to include Monday thru Saturday (excepting company holidays), recognizing that the store should be properly staffed at all times
o Position requires reliable transportation. The Store Manger may make bank deposits, trips to the tax/title office and other business errands for the dealership. Mileage is reimbursed at the company's current rate.
o This list may not be all inclusive. Other duties may be assigned by the Regional Manager on an as needed basis to maintain the organization and efficiency of the store.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
